The Cologne-based Pandion AG organizes a competition for the property in the Nürnberger Strasse in Berlin-Schöneberg. 65 owner-occupied apartments with a total of 4.000 m2 living space as well as two commercial units with about 300 m2 are to be built on the 1.500 m2 large plot of land. For their competition contribution Eike Becker_Architekten was contributed with the 2. prize.
