Football tournament "ABC-Cup 2017" a complete success

Fourteen Berlin architectural offices came together on September, 2nd 2017 in the sports facilities of FSV Babelsberg 74 to fight for victory in the Berlin Architects Football Tournament. In the semi-finals "Herzog & de Meuron" won against "Eike Becker_Architekten" and the team of "Max Dudler" won against "Feddersen|DMSW Architekten".

The happy winners of the exciting final were the players of "Max Dudler". They received the winners trophy and are responsible for organizing next year's tournament. The event moderator was the autor und journalist Lucas Vogelsang, who commented live on the game.

Auch abseits des Rasens einiges los

Under a lovely sun hundreds of guests and viewers cheered for their favorite teams. But also beside the football fields there was a lot to do: children had fun with face painting, goal-shooting contests or at the climbing wall. Culinary highlights could be found at the stands of the nostalgic ice-cream van of "Eiskimo" and the food truck of "Gorilla Barbecue", who sold the popular pulled pork burger. A further highlight was the possibility to do a test drive with the premium eclectric car "Tesla".

After the awards ceremony for "Max Dudler" the big tombola took place and a lot of designer lamps, chairs or carpets found happy new owners. Later in the evening live-music of the band „Sonic Drilling“ and cocktails of "Bar Zentral" could be enjoyed.
