NewFrankfurt Towers: important milestone reached

The conversion of the former Siemens towers at the Kaiserlei roundabout in Offenbach is progressing: the middle section of the upper five floors has been removed. The breakthrough will provide more light in the new public space.
The former office towers of the Siemens power station division will be converted into the New Frankfurt Towers according to the Vertical Village concept. Vertical Villages combine space-optimized, modern apartments with the amenities of a village community. A contemporary marketplace in the pedestal offers space for meetings: library, cinema, conservatory, sun terrace, fireplace room, kitchen for cooking, restaurants, cafes and coworking spaces are there for everyone and expand your own apartment. Instead of maximum space for the individual, the concept offers maximum comfort for everyone. Sharing becomes a new credit in the Vertical Village. The Vertical Village concept will be realized in Offenbach, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Cologne and Leipzig.
