The building application for our project at Strahlenbergerstraße 127 in Offenbach has been submitted. The office project is being built as part of the Kaiserlei development and comprises approx. 24,900 square metres of gross floor space. Completion of the project development is planned for 2024. Gold certification from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) is being sought for the building.
