The striking building is elegantly set back from the street of the Paris Commune, creating a public square that invites people to linger.
The design comprises a spacious ground floor, a striking base building with five upper storeys, a high-rise section with twelve upper storeys and a functional basement providing car parking spaces. A second, harmoniously designed building block in the western part of the site forms a lush green inner courtyard on the first floor and a sheltered courtyard on the ground floor (‘Westhof’) along the western boundary of the site. The west façade of the inner courtyard is dynamically stepped upwards and stylishly landscaped.
On the street side, the ground floor offers space for smaller commercial units such as a cosy café, a restaurant or specialised retail outlets. Inside the building, the ground floor opens up flexible spaces for co-working areas, which are connected to the green atrium on the first floor by a central, inviting open staircase. On the floors above, there are high-quality office units on each floor that offer a wide range of utilisation options.
The entire project is being planned in accordance with the standards of the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) and fulfils all certified sustainability criteria to ensure future-oriented, ecological construction. The aim is to achieve DGNB Platinum certification.
